Rider's Competition Licence

MSFK is exclusively responsible for issuing Competition Licences to all riders competing in MSFK-sanctioned events in Kenya, and, where applicable, form the basis for progression to FIM Africa or FIM (international) licensing. Riders may obtain their licence directly from MSFK.

To apply, complete the online application form and provide your medical clearances and signed declaration and indemnity forms. New riders may be required to undergo a competency evaluation by an MSFK-recognised instructor before a licence is issued.

Licences are valid for the current competition year. Follow the steps below to complete your application.

Download the 2026 Licence Application Form, fill it in fully, and sign it. This is your primary application document and is submitted directly to MSFK.

Complete Your Medical Forms

An annual medical examination is mandatory for all competition licence applicants. You must complete all three medical documents:

Appendix A — Medical History Form (completed by you)
Appendix B — Medical Examination Form (completed by your doctor during check-up)
Appendix 3 — Anti-Doping declaration form

Sign the Declaration & Indemnity

All applicants must sign the Declaration, Undertaking, Waiver and Indemnity form confirming agreement to abide by MSFK rules, FIM regulations, and all conditions of the licence.

New Riders Only

Competency Evaluation

New riders may be required to undergo a competency evaluation conducted by an instructor recognised by MSFK before their licence is issued. This ensures all riders meet the minimum safety and skills standards required for competition. Contact MSFK to confirm whether this applies to your application.

Submit Your Documents

Sign, scan, and submit all completed documents on the licence application form. Once reviewed and approved, your competition licence will be issued. Ensure all forms are fully completed before submitting — incomplete applications will be returned.
