Who We Are

The Motorcycle Sports Federation of Kenya (MSFK) is the official national governing body for motorcycle sports in Kenya.

We are recognized by the Government of Kenya, affiliated to FIM Africa and aligned with the global standards of Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM).

Our mission is to regulate, promote, and grow motorcycle sports across all disciplines – from Motocross and Enduro, to Rally Raid, Closed Circuit Racing, and Leisure Touring.

Through a network of licensed clubs, training academies, and competition events, MSFK ensures a safe, inclusive, and exciting pathway for riders of all ages and levels.

    1. To promote, encourage and develop motorcycling sports in all its forms by supporting projects and initiatives which may contribute towards its development and growth in Kenya; Encourage development of new motorcycling disciplines and continental/international motorcycling events;

    2. Forge co-operation with clubs, promoters, organisations and the Ministry of Sports, Government of Kenya to develop and grow motorcycle sports facilities across Kenya;

    3. Encourage and open up new perspectives for motorcycle sports and non-sports including responsible environmental conduct, equality/equal opportunity, tourism, touring, road safety and mobility in Kenya; 

    4. Promote motorcycling across the whole spectrum of the population of Kenya; young and old, male and female; both as a sport and as the practice of motorcycling in general; Promote safe motorcycling;

    5. Build the capacity for growth and development of the Federation and our existing members through training in governance, sustainability and advisory services;

    6. Encourage and expand the creation of new clubs as future members of the MSFK across the country;

    7. Conduct at least one National Championship in every discipline in each year;

    8. Co-operate with the FIM in all matters relating to the organisation of international events and motorcycling in general and the promotion of women through the FIM Women In Motorcycling (WIM) Commission;

The Motorcycle Sports Federation of Kenya (MSFK) is governed through a structured and accountable framework that ensures effective leadership, technical excellence, and national reach. Our organizational structure includes:

Responsible for strategic direction, policy oversight, and institutional governance.

Commissions that manage and develop each category of the sport.

Licensed Clubs and Affiliates

Community-based clubs and partners operating across Kenya to drive grassroots participation, training, and event delivery.

Certified Officials

A trained and licensed pool of technical delegates, race directors, marshals, and stewards who uphold the integrity and safety of all competitions.

Specialized Advisory Committees

Cross-cutting subcommittees focused on key areas such as medical safety, road safety advocacy, youth development, and gender inclusion.
